This company is not one I will ever deal with again. The saddle is soft but the rails and support frame are poor quality. I have been trying to get a refund but without success in fact they tried to sell me an alternative saddle at a discounted rate of £10. That would mean I would have two saddles for £48 neither would would be any good for me as they are soft and squishy and don’t provide adequate support.
