Good service so far
Sick holiday have been quick and efficient in gathering information about my issue on holiday and also have kept me informed throughout and answered any questions I had. The case is on going so will see what the result will be but so far good and hassle free.

Since I have been in contact with these people there are very helpful and friendly service and anyone with any doubt don't be within a week everything is going very well and I would recommend this company to anyone that has had a problem with there hoilday were you have been ill thank you very much for all my family

excellent service,
Very quick to get the ball rolling and extremely helpful in my circumstances where some of the information needed I didn't have. Having had a family trauma in the early stages of my claim I found them to be compassionate and understanding in there being some delay in getting information to them. Still awaiting an outcome but up to now I am positive that the horror of the latter part of my holiday being ruined by salmonella will give me some kind of positive outcome.

Prompt service
Really hesitated to access this company due to strong opinions regarding living in a world of litigation. But due to the serverity of my illness I wanted to highlight this problem to the hotel and holiday company for the sake of others. I have received a prompt service with staff who are knowledgeable and very sympathetic. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to others.

Very efficient !
We saw the advertisement for holiday sickness / problems we had a very bad holiday due to sickness / food poisoning s the professional solicitor said if you continue to accept it then it becomes the norm which is not right.
So thank you for your prompt action and assistance in making us realise it's not the norm and unacceptable to let it go.
