Nigel was very thorough and had a keen eye for both precision and design. He's done a professional and aesthetically pleasing job on some pretty tricky tilt and turn windows. He and his fitter, Adam, arrived promptly, worked hard, enjoyed the homemade cake (!) and clearly took pride in the product itself and their work. They even hoovered up before finishing. Really impressed - cannot recommend them highly enough!
The shutters are beautiful! The blackout option in the bedroom gave us the best night's sleep last night since we moved in. Unlike uPVC shutters we had in our previous home, these wooden ones look and feel a better quality, and we're able to open the top and bottom section at different angles to give lots of options for light and shade.

Nigel new all about the different shutters and how their different functions would be suited best to my wants and needs.
Fitting was quick clean non invasive.
Care was taken to show me how to open them correctly and prevent possible damage.

Just had shutters fitted across the front of our house. Quality of the product is exellent and Nigel did a superb job fitting. We couldn’t be more happy and highly recommend!

Competitive pricing for a high quality product. (Beware of DIY shutters from ‘others’ which are not engineered to the same standard!). Great service and fitting was seamless

I own a Georgian terrace with original windows. I was unsure whether to invest in plantation shutters, and so had asked Shuttercraft in a couple of times to advise on options etc. They continued to be helpful and I genuinely felt that they were more interested in giving the right information than just making a sale. The quotation was priced competitively, and I was given different options with helpful advice on what different finishes and materials would mean. Having placed the order, they arrived from manufacturing when they said they would, and we arranged installation at a mutually convenient time. At no stage, did I feel under pressure. The shutters were installed quickly and without fuss - even though none of the windows is square because of the age of the house - and they left the house clean and tidy. They are finisihed to a very high spec and just feel like top-of-the-range quality. I'm very pleased with the shutters and can't think why I waited so long. I've no hesitation whatsoever in giving the highest recommendation for Shuttercraft.

The shutters are perfect and the installation was efficient and very clean and neat .
I would thoroughly recommend them over other larger national companies, who fragment and franchise the stages and do not have the one person overseeing the whole process
