Very professional service both for the measurement, options consultation, and the fitting. Delivery from the factory took quite a long time, but a fitting date was given very quickly after the shutters reached the UK.
Both Sean and Anton were very professional. Easy to talk to and communicated well around appointments and when they could come over. Would definitely use Shuttercraft again.

Kitchen Shutters
From design to fitting we were kept fully informed. Sean explained all the options available to us, and the benefits of each design, and Anton, the fitter was excellent. We are very pleased with our shutters and will be using Shuttercraft again.

Shutters in Harpenden
Our previous property in the Midlands was fully fitted with shutters by Shuttercraft. Having downsized and moved to Harpenden I had no hesitation in contacting Shuttercraft St. Albans. Sean set up an appointment the following day and fully discussed options and product samples. The quality is now even better, the fact that the shutters themselves are now able to open by a half or whole window individually is a great plus. I did explore other quotes but Shuttercraft again were best. I was happy to place an order (which arrived well in advance of the quoted delivery date) and Anton worked his socks off in cheerfully fitting the shutters.

Superb from start to finish

Excellent service
Excellent service, explained everything offered lots of options. All the extras like a middle bar and hidden rails but still the best price. Fitting service was excellent too. Will use again for sure for other windows. I’ve had so many compliments on them.

Shutter installation
Sean was very knowledgeable and provided invaluable advice at the initial visit. He was also really helpful with any questions we had before we finalised the order. And Anton was really meticulous and did a super installation. We are more than happy with the final product and it’s made our rooms (1 bay and 2 bedroom windows) feel lighter and more spacious. Overall a very pleasant experience throughout the process; we would highly recommend Shuttercraft to anyone considering shutters.

Can't fault the level of service
Can't fault the level of service. The installer was running late from a previous job, but turned up with a positive attitude despite it being a late night for him. Love the shutters. Would definitely recommend.
