Excellent service, thrilled with shutters
Excellent service from initial visit to understand what I wanted, to email updates through the process, to delivery and installation. I shopped around to find a shutter company which I was comfortable with but Shuttercraft was exceptional.

Done a great job of our shutters
Done a great job of our shutters. It was a tricky job as the house is very old and wonky, but Giles managed to make them fit really well and they are a joy to look at and use. Highly recommend them

We asked Shuttercraft for a quotation, and the following day (Saturday) Giles arrived with samples, he then took all the measurements. Within hours we had our quotation.
We were kept up to date regarding delivery time, which was kept to very well.
Today the shutters were fitted today and we are extremely pleased.
First Class.

Extremely pleased with the work undertaken by Giles and the Shuttercraft (Henley) team, from the initial consultation (no sales pressure whatsoever) through the ordering process (great comms), and to the final fitting (amazing quality product that has made such a positive difference to our home). Would not hesitate to use again
Giles was extremely professional from start to finish. Explained the options clearly, gave advice where needed, accepted tweaks to our order without fuss and kept us up to date with the progress of the order throughout.
The finished look of the shutters (bay window) was first class. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
