A quality product and service
Everyone we spoke to was on time, polite and helpful. The quality of the shutters is really good, the fitting was swift and to a good standard. Aftercare was good. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Superb products and customer service. I'm blown away by the elegance and quality of my shutters which transform my home. Adam was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. Highly recommended
Joe and Adam were brilliant! From start to finish we had the best experience.
Our Orangery window sizes and shape were a little different however their suggestions and great attention to detail was superb. Joe kept us constantly updated on delivery and installation. Installation day was super smooth and Adam kept checking throughout to ensure I was happy with what he was doing. Great customer care!
I can’t stop smiling at the finished result the room looks amazing, Thank you!
Definitely would recommend Shuttercraft to others.

What a result, every step of the way I was kept informed and updated on the progress and timing of my delivery. The installation was impeccable and the result was a transformation of the bay window.
I couldn’t recommend these chaps enough.

Fantastic and friendly service
Fantastic service from start to finish and so happy with my shutter that I’m now ordering another one! Joe is super friendly and helpful and has been so patient with us having to change installation dates. Fitting by Adam was super quick and super helpful advising for another shutter in the bathroom. Would highly recommend!

We love our new shutters
We love our new shutters, they have transformed our windows. Joe and Adam have given us great service.
I would definitely recommend them. We need more shutters for additional windows and will definitely get Shuttercraft back

The team at Shuttercraft in Harrogate were helpful and professional from our first contact. We had great advise in terms of which shutter design and installation would work best. On the day of installation the fitters worked quickly and there was no mess at all. I can't recommend Shuttercraft highly enough and we're really pleased with the end result. Thank you

Truly amazing transformation …
A few months ago we had Shuttercraft Harrogate fit shutters across the front of the house upstairs and downstairs. What a difference it has made. It looks truly amazing! Worth the extra money compared to inferior brands and worth the waiting period. Joe and Adam could not do enough for us. I would give 6* if I could!

Outstanding blinds… I thought they…
Outstanding blinds… I thought they would look good, but these exceeded my expectations, fallen in love with them, had all windows done, it makes such a difference to my house, I’d never go back/settle for standard blinds again, more than worth it to transform your home. Fitted in less than 4 hours (5bed house) impressive thanks again

Excellent service and product
From the start of the process I was very impressed with Shuttercraft. Great attention to detail and thorough giving of information and options when visiting for an initial quote. Staff were friendly and professional during the fitting. The final product is perfect. We are thrilled with the look of the shutters and the functionality of them.
I would definitely recommend Shuttercraft to others.

Happy with shutters
Happy with shutters from Harrogate branch. Look lovely and fit well. Had to wait a while before fitting but that was due to delay in delivery...not fault of the company.

Damage to property in fitting
If your happy for your property to be damaged during fitting go ahead otherwise avoid! Had shutters fitted in both the living room and bedroom at the beginning of August all looked fine until they left and noticed adhesive on the shutters in my bedroom he came back fairly quickly and sprayed some stuff on them to get it off which is was all fine, at the weekend I hoovered around and noticed patches on my carpet to my dismay I now have adhesive patches all over my bedroom carpet aswell I emailed them over a week ago and what a surprise no response now they have my money! If you take pride in your home like myself I would suggest avoiding as they clearly don’t care about the state they leave it in!
Until fitting we had no issues with shuttercraft hence the two stars otherwise it would be less.
