Gene is excellent I can highly recommend this company. Gene does everything from the quote to the measurements and then final fitting. We are absoluted delighted with the 2 sets of shutters we brought. they look fantastic , very neat and Gene took the time to make sure we had a good colour match. I will defintely be using this company again.

Can’t speak highly enough of the service we have received from Gene, right from when he measured and quoted to the actual fitting, just first class. We are delighted with our shutters, they really finish off our house and give it real character, they are both practical and stylish. Gene is excellent at fitting, all done with ease, no fuss, no bother, no mess. We felt the price was very fair and competitive as well. If you are looking for shutters we highly recommend Gene and Shuttercraft, you definitely won’t be disappointed. He came highly recommended by a neighbour and she was definitely right, we are delighted with the service and the product and also he is a thoroughly nice guy.

I had my new bi-fold shutters fitted today by Gene not only do they look stunning but the finish gene done was amazing so pleased with them he done a fantastic job would definitely use them again and would 100% recommend them too to anyone looking to get shutters

Very professional first contact with all measurements etc taken at the time. Price quotation promptly provided and very competitive when comparing with alternate suppliers. Delivery lead time was a bit long but well worth the wait. Installation well done given the circumstances of very uneven and decrepit window frames in a 50 year old property. Very satisfied with the result as it upgrades the whole property.

Gene and his team were brilliant from start to finish. We had a very large window we wanted shutters for, with added complexity because it has a shaped apex at the top. We even had two other companies tell us they couldn't do the work because the window was too large and complex. Gene came multiple times to make sure the measurements were absolutely accurate and was friendly and professional every time. The shutters took a while to be made because of the complex shape but Gene kept us informed and they were fitted last week with no disruption whatsoever. We couldn't be happier - we're now hoping to get more in other parts of the house! 10/10 would recommend

I had blinds fitted in two rooms recently. I must say what an excellent company. Gene fitted them the quality is excellent. Attention to detail on fitting them was second to none. I am delighted. I never give reviews but so deserved.

We had an excellent experience working with Gene from Shuttercraft. We were looking for custom black shutters for our living room and Gene recommended the Fiji hardwood range.

Excellent service from Gene. The shutters are absolutely stunning, well worth the wait and worth EVERY PENNY! We had 3 quotes from 3 different businesses, went with Gene because we liked him the best, his ideas were better and the price was very good. Excellent communication. Extremely frustrating experience with Shuttercraft Cambridge, specifically their franchise holder, Gene. He didn't show up for the first appointment "he forgot", but then rescheduled for the next day, and cancelled on short notice. He didn't follow-up and stupidly we gave them another chance, only for the exact same thing to happen again—three times in total! After waiting in yet again, we were let down at the last minute.

Completely unprofessional and a total waste of time. If reliability matters to you, look elsewhere.

Gene's final comments upon repeatedly wasting our time were "sorry it didnt work out - good luck", no apology or attempt to make amends. Glad business is so good they can treat potential new customers with such contempt.
