We had a great experience from start to finish, after visiting the shop we had someone one come to talk about the shutters explain everything and to measure the windows all was done very well , we put in our order and paid a deposit, they said it will be approximately 3 months wait but it was quicker , I had them fitted the man was very good and respectful of my home and fitted them perfectly, we are very happy with them , would highly recommend SUTTERCRAFT to anyone wanting shutters.

Following recommendation from a neighbour I contracted Shuttercraft to fit shutters and roller blinds on some windows and doors around my house. They did the job very professionally and reliably. It takes 8-12 weeks for them to procure and manufacture the material and they tell you upfront. Once they get it they phone you to arrange fitting and they get the job done, perfectly and reliably. I never had to phone them to chase up. Thank you!

The whole experience was extremely pleasant and hassle free. Choosing the style we liked in the shop,with guidance and advice from Tallulah, the home measurements with Chris,very efficient and helpful with how the shutters would be arranged and fitted . To the fitting by Marcus, done in half a day with the absolute minimum of disruption and mess. Definitely an advantage to take the rubbish removal service. Top notch all round! A great improvement to the look of the windows.

From the moment we met Chris from the Westbury on Trym, Bristol branch, we felt confident we would get the shutters we wanted. He came up with an excellent design that completely met our needs. Communication was good throughout. Fitting was remarkably efficient. We are delighted with our shutters.

The showroom is very useful, reassuring to actually see the range. All staff have been helpful and professional. The shutters were fitted when promised and within time frame. They are great!
