Easy to reserve and excellent Customer Service
Easy to reserve the unit online and the customer service consultant I spoke to (Nolan) was great! He was very helpful and assisted me in completing the reservation and also offered to help when I arrive to take possession of the storage unit. Thanks Nolan! 😊👍

Very friendly and helpful personnel at the reception. Storage facilities are clean end dry and well organized. My only issue was with the elevator which malfunctioned the first time and the lift company’s response was slow and not professional. However, in general a top facility.

Facilité et liberté d'accès à…
Facile d'accès et liberté d'accès à tout moment de la journée. La plupart des personnes que j'ai eu en ligne ont été à l'écoute du client, ils font leurs maximum pour aider le client à avoir le box qui convient. Je suis satisfaite du service.

Très réactif au téléphone
Très réactif au téléphone. Serviable, positif. Expérience digitale moyenne (enregistrement de l'app avec un code obtenu sur place). Box propre, conforme aux attentes. Cadenas. Site vieillissant mais propre. En revanche fermeture 21h00 trop tôt surtout en juin ou il fait jour tard! Je suis revenu le lendemain pour terminer de décharger mon déménagement. Du coup 2 jours de location de camionnette.
