great customer service, clean storages

Access in what is the most convenient times, weekends, they lock the big doors and no one on site. Signage says they are cleaning inside and to call a mobile number which doesn't get answered so wasted 30 mins trying to figure that out.

The staff are polite and helpful and never shy to see if you need any assistance

Lauren, the manageress, is very professional, very self motivated, diligent, And has a genuine passion for customer service. And clearly motivates her colleagues, who are equally as helpful. A 1st class service ,recommended.

I had come in on Friday to enquire about storage as I am in need of a clear out. The young lad who had served me gave off the impression he didn't want to be there.

He had offered to show me the unit size I was initially after, but seemed to be more interested in his wrist than communicating at points. Felt as if he had more important things to be focused on.

Even after I had walked out, he slumped back into his chair and would much rather be on his phone than talking to customers who were walking in and out of the building.

The storage facility does look clean, with great options available. But with my experience, I will take my custom elsewhere.

Jordan has been consistently so helpful and patient with me over some complicated issues my end and he has always given great service with excellent solutions. A lovely team here at Wellingborough. Thanks guys😁

Have been a customer of these guys for several years now and they have always been a joy to deal with . Jordan has been most accomodating and helpful as have all of the team there to help and look after my stock deliveries. A big thank you to you all- it's much appreciated!

I would personally like to thank both Lauren and Jordan for their incredible service today. Most businesses will only see you as a number, but with the service received today I can happily confirm this isn't the case.

As someone who is new to using a storage faculty, they both assisted me with getting an idea as to how to store my items, the use of the "Shurgard app", the correct way to lock the unit as well as how to use the lift with the red box.

If you are looking for storage, I would personally recommend either Lauren or Jordan. Both are amazing as each other and are very knowledgeable in the field of storage. Definitely key members of Shurgard!

I would like to give a huge shout-out to Jordan who served myself and my partner on Saturday. Straight off the bat, he greeted us with a warm welcome, we had a chat about our needs for storage (size, what we are storing etc etc) and showed us the unit. Also gave us a tour of the building showing all the amenities and so on. He without a doubt made me and my partner feel welcome with his bright personality, and crazy sense of humour. Definitely a core member of the team, will happily come back.

Excellent service from Cam in the Wellingborough unit. Went above and beyond to make our change of units much easier. Hugely appreciated.

I did expect a price far lower than the one I was offered considering I still have the previous offer in the hand writing of a Lady And differences are huge It's like somebody ...with magic hand put the prices up

I will seriously have to think about it

Really easy to arrange my storage, staff were very friendly and helpful. Storage areas and buildings are clean and well kept. All good so far.
