Maar uiteindelijk met scannen via de app kwam ik er in, deze moet je ook gewoon voor het kastje houden waar je je code moet in toetsen

Alles gaat snel en makkelijk. Ook al was de vestiging onbemand, ik kom toch via beeldbellen mijn ID bevestigen en zonder veel tijdverlies toegang tot de opslag krijgen.

Ik had nog 2 sleutels van shurgard
Ik had nog 2 sleutels van shurgard, maar contract is altijd met het sleutel inbegrepen...nu heb ik 3 sleutels van Shurgard ...om geld terug te krijgen moet ik 20km rijden ten koste van 15 euro. Is het niet makelijker om een optie voor sleutel via internet laten maken?

Snel onder de pannen (dezelfde dag) met Shurgard
Moest snel een onderdak hebben voor een archief, via online aanmelding dezelfde dag al onder de pannen. Alleen de app werkt niet en men kon me telefonisch ook niet verder helpen.

Just moved to a new city and was in need of storage and it was amazing to be able to book everything online beforehand. All the instructions arrived in time and access was made easy with app. The storage unit was clean and a bag with the lock was waiting for us. Couldn’t have been easier and we are very happy that we found Shurgard!

Ervaringen
Ruimte en toegang zijn goed. Wat teleurgesteld met administratie. In het verleden 2 x een ruimte in Wassenaar gehuurd. Staat niet in de administratie dus weer admin. kosten betalen. Ook bij tekenen van het contract uitdrukkelijk gezegd dat ik geen slot nodig heb (ik heb al een slot en heb dat laten zien). Toch ligt er in de ruimte weer een slot en sleutels die ik weer terug moet brengen in Den Haag (tijd en geld)

Nadat ik de box online had gehuurd werd ik gelijk gebeld. De dag erna (zoals geboekt) kon ik erbij. Alles wijst voor zich, helder, nette locatie en super georganiseerd. Dikke aanrader!

Wat een gemak waarmee je een opslagplaats huurt via de site.
Gehuurd om nu thuis de ruimte te hebben een verbouwing te kunnen starten en overzicht te krijgen of alles nog nodig is om bewaard te blijven. Je krijgt alles weer eens in handen om te beoordelen of het nog steeds bewaard moet blijve
