Olle!
Olle som tog hand om oss när vi ringde var superproffsig. Han hade en ängels tålamod och guidade oss igenom alla tekniska svårigheter som dök upp. Och hela tiden var han serviceminded och glad. Vi är glada att just Han tog vårt samtal 🙏

Bra förråd och lättillgängligt.
Lite för få trolleys i Västerås samt att ni skulle mörka upp bättre hur man ska placera bilen. Idag var det helt tillproppat och det blir lätt kaotiskt.

Trevligt bemötande och bra service
Fick mycket bra support av Sunny på kundsupporten med såväl tekniska problem med appen som bokning av förråd och information om uppsägningsregler av förråd. Han tog sig den tid som behövdes och jag fick svar på alla mina frågor. Jag är mycket nöjd.

Fungerar som tänkt. Har varit nöjd med förråd och luftkvalitet. Dock har inre dörrar inte alltid varit fungerade. De har stått öppna och inte gått stänga. Annats allt bra
