Kundservice i Sollentuna kontor är hjälpsamma och snälla i telefonsamtal och i kontoret. Fick hjälp som jag behövde. Som gäller Upplands Väsby storage , tror att det behövs mer vagnar för att göra det lätt för kunderna som finns på 1 tr och 2 tr att ta sina grejer. Det finns bara två vagnar och alltid upptagna

Bra instruktioner men brist på vagnar
Hittade lätt till mitt förråd. Lätt att låsa förrådet via instruktion. Hade turen att få en vagn ef några som var klara men fler gick omkring o letade vagn. Fler vagnar ett önskemål. Om man kommer med större bil, dvs inte kör in och lastar av inomhus, måste man lasta vagnen utomhus och dra in den. Där är det en nivåskillnad på 1,5-2 cm så att grejerna tenderar att glida av pga ”hoppet” som blir när man får ta i för att komma upp till rampen. Mjukare övergång borde enkelt kunna fixas.

Bra logistik planering (=nära motorväg).
Bra med plåtdörr, låsmekanism. Larmat!
Nackdel: dåligt skyltat på plats = hittade inte utgång utan satte igång larm.
