First time using Shurgard tonbridge. Nancie was very helpful and informative. She took the time to explain everything. The units are very clean. Using for business use, so very happy overall.

Excellent customer service from the team who are all very responsive - Nancie really makes you feel welcome and knows you. It is easy to enter and leave at flexible times on app system.

We have rented a unit at Shurgard Tonbridge since last October and it has been of immense benefit to us as we went through a lengthy selling and buying process. During this time Nancie has been very helpful to us and always been cheerful and positive!

Currently, as of Good Friday, renting a unit at Shurgard in Tonbridge. Nancie was very helpful from the initial call once I had booked the space online, to when we turned up and she showed us around the facilities. I initially had a few issues with the online ID verification, but again Nancie was very helpful on the phone. The place itself was clean and as described online when booked. Very happy with how it went. Thanks Nancie.

I've been with the Tunbridge facility for four years and have been very pleased with the service for my business. Nancie (the manager) and her staff are very helpful and accommodating.

Nancie at Shuguard Tonbridge has made the whole experience of working with this company easy.
The call centre is absolutely atrocious, they have no understanding of the business and no idea what is available or where the units are located let alone the prices. I made multiple calls to them seeking help as I wanted to rent a second unit on the same floor and none of the operators had a clue about the Tonbridge facility. They said they couldn’t even transfer me to speak to the staff there which is ridiculous as they have no local knowledge.
In frustration I had to make a visit to the storage facility.
Nancie could not have been more helpful. She organised everything I needed and within the time frame I requested, she knew everything about the facility and had no hesitation making recommendations which were to my benefit. Nancie is a credit to the company and it would be better if the people at the call centre were trained to be as personable and helpful as she was.

Smooth booking process. Nancie and Tim made sure everything was clear prior to moving in and how to gain access as it was at the weekend.
I also made an error on the size I needed and they were really helpful in sorting this out for me. Super friendly team. Lots of trolleys available to support moving in, all storage containers very clean.

Really helpful staff, excellent access hours and by app to unlock the door, so no long codes to enter. Great deal for short term and availability of locks for immediate use of unit.
