Goed afsluitbare ruimte
en gemakkelijk te bereiken.
Schoon, eigen cilinder, terrein toegankelijk met de auto en vervolgens staan er karren voor de liften.
Bijzonder hulpvaardige en vriendelijke dame op locatie Tilburg die de Shurgard app toelicht, de regels, aandachtspunten, werkt perfect.

"Shurgard: one point"
Ik had eerder deze review geschreven: "De service is erg goed, je wordt goed begeleid in de stappen die nodig zijn voor het huren van een ruimte. De medewerkers zijn erg vriendelijk en denken goed mee." Daar ben ik inmiddels van teruggekomen, want in al hun meedenken en begeleiding in de stappen zijn ze één heel cruciaal onderwerp 'vergeten' te vertellen: de opzegtermijn is 30 dagen. Toch niet heel onbelangrijk lijkt mij. Maar ja, het staat in het contract, dus ik had het allemaal netjes na kunnen lezen... Natuurlijk weten deze dames echt heel goed wat ze wel en niet moeten vertellen en nu snap ik ook de 'catch' wat de 1 euro huur voor de 1e maand betreft. Shurgard doet alles netjes volgens de regels, de fout ligt bij degene die zijn contract niet goed leest. Nou, ik noem de volle mep rekenen aan huur en verzekering voor een ruimte die 6 weken leegstaat gewoon diefstal. Mijn dank is dan ook: "Shurgard: one point"
