De dame die me heeft geholpen was geduldig had antwoord voor al mijn vragen en was eerlijk geweest. Ze was zeer begulpzaam en klantvriendelijk.

Het was supersnel geregeld
Het was supersnel geregeld. binnen 30 minuten vanaf de online aanvraag konden we onze spullen opslaan.
De locatie is schoon, deuren en liften zijn makkelijk te bedienen met de app en het is makkelijk bereikbaar. Verder is het personeel erg vriendelijk.

Good introduction
Good introduction, thorough explanation on how to access the storage unit. I got in and was able to store luggage and furniture that wasn't able to fit my current housing situation without much trouble on the first try thanks to the service when we picked up the keys. Thank you for the compassionate service.

Very informative introduction
Very informative introduction. The facility is quite high tech that you can enter in and out using a phone application. It's easy and safe so you do not have to exit your car when coming to the location at night. As a women this is great to me. The warehouse is super clean and cameras are everywhere.

Such a scam
Such a scam.
I was told I can use the storage for 1 euro for first month + costs of insurance and the lock. It came all together to around 60 euros, I paid when picking up my lock. I only used to storage for 2 weeks. After that I was charged additional 77 euros, because the 'notice' period is 30 days....so basically you cannot use this 'offer' of 1 euro for first month. Scammers and liers, just like most capitalistic service in the Netherlands. It's very sad to see how big companies like Shurgard take money for NOTHING form ordinary people. Sure, charge me 70 euros for an empty space I didn't even use, because that is your policy. Jozef K. would love this.
PS. After your reply Shrugard I can only add that your colleague did give me ''all'' the info over the phone prior to booking and even though I stated very clearly I'll be using the storage for 2 weeks only, I was still charged for the 30 days notice period. Your reply is just as soulless and cold like the storage space you rent and the audacity you have to write you believe that your prices are fair speaks for itself.

Hello, we are sorry to read you did not receive all the information on pricing you needed. Our on-site managers are available during office hours to answer any questions on storage and pricing. Unlike many other storage providers, all available units and prices are shown online, including our special offers.
The only extra costs new customers need to pay are a one-off administration fee and a unique sealed lock to your storage unit to guarantee no one else can access your belongings. Although all our facilities are fully insured, you still need to get an insurance to cover your stored items. Our rental prices can’t include this because the cost depends on the value of your goods. We are confident that the overall cost of your storage at Shurgard offers great value in the market and thank you for storing with us.

Op deze locatie wordt er goede service verleend. Alles verloopt vlot en info op de site is duidelijk. Medewerker is klantvriendelijk en erg behulpzaam. Gewoon top!

Vriendelijk, schoon, kost relatief veel.
Hele goede ontvangst, vriendelijke geholpen en rondgeleid. Er hangt een sfeer van mogelijkheden. Wij hadden 3m gehuurd, maar bleken dat niet nodig te hebben. Konden we nog dezelfde dag onze spullen naar een 1.5m verhuizen - werd niet moeilijk over gedaan!
Kostenplaatje is echter hoog en niet heel transparant. Er loopt nu een aanbieding, maar het is als consument niet duidelijk wanneer de aanbieding gaat aflopen. Dat heeft serieuze invloed op de prijs, wat een beperkende factor kan zijn.

Erg prettige vestiging
Erg prettige vestiging. Heel fijn geholpen door de medewerkers die de opslagruimte en alle mogelijkheden hebben uitgelegd. Erg fijn dat je er met een busje in kan rijden en dat er grote steekwagens klaar staan voor een efficiëntere verplaatsing van spullen.
