Zoey heeft me super geholpen met downgraden. Ik zag zelf even door de bomen het bos niet meer met opzegdata en wanneer de nieuwe box te huren. Oo deze manier betaal ik niet onnodig en heeft Shurgard een trouwe klant nu al 3 jaar. Fijne service zoals altijd.

Tijdelijk opslag nodig

Omdat ik ga verhuizen had ik tijdelijk opslagruimte nodig. Via de website kan je heel eenvoudig een opslagbox huren. Paar dagen voordat het huurcontract in zou gaan werd ik gebeld door Melike van Shurgard en die heeft mij heel professioneel en vriendelijk geholpen met de verificatiestappen. Ze nam de tijd mij alles goed uit te leggen. Super service!

Goede ervaring

Optie genomen, volgende dag direct gebeld door Shurgard. Hele duidelijke instructies, fijn gesprek.
Was ons bij eerste keer gebruik niet helemaal duidelijk waar de ingang was maar we bleken het voor onszelf te ingewikkeld te maken. (Medewerker die we toen aan de telefoon hadden, wist niets over Rotterdam). Na paar dagen nog teruggebeld of alles in orde is. Goede ervaring.
