Amazing customer service
I've recently phoned the Shurgard help desk to simply enquire about storage options. And the customer advise I've received was simply amazing. Gareth was also very helpful when I've arrived for my appointment. He has given me a lot of practical and honest advise which made me sign up and rent one unit. I would highly recommend visiting the Putney branch.

Semira was incredibly helpful. I am a regular customer and when it came the time to double the size of my unit, she managed to find a brilliant deal and was lucky enough to move me to the larger unit on the same floor. The transfer was a breeze.
