I have recently rented a container from this company and at first thought them very efficient, however today I attempted to leave the premises only to find the electric gate had failed trapping myself and four other customers and there vehicles inside plus stopping countless other customers from gaining access we rang the 0800 number on the gate to be told that an engineer had been dispatched and would be with us in approximately one hour two hours and several calls later we where told the engineer was coming from the other side of the country that he would be three to three and a half hours that they couldn’t give us an accurate eta as he wasn’t contactable at four pm a security guard turned up from Southampton which is forty minutes drive away told us he had no tools that he was only security but eventually a key mysteriously turned up and he unlocked the gate to release us four and half hours later made worse by the constant lies and half truths surely if operating these gate systems it makes sense to have a local key holder to open them in case of failure !!

By all means rent from them but pray that everything works as they have not made proper provision in case of failure

Professional and personable staff an all round excellent experience.

The whole experience was really good, I could arrange everything online and in my own time, I didn’t have to find extra time to go and sit with someone going through a sales pitch, and everything was simple to understand and thorough. Overall, the experience from beginning to end has been really good, I can’t fault the service received one bit.

Easy to book with good introductory offer. Helpful staff on arrival. Only negative has been the number of emails! But better than no communication. Be aware you seem to need a app to access.

really pleased with excellent customer service from Shurgard, from booking a unit online, guided tour of facility and lots of helpful advice on first visit, clean and well lit access with lots of trolleys available and super easy access via the app, will definitely use again when storage needed.

Gina and Michelle are always super helpful and get any queries or requests sorted quickly and efficiently. It's been a pleasure dealing with them.

Shurgard made storing my things super easy. The staff were helpful, the facility was clean and secure, and access was convenient. And everything was clearly explained. Would definitely use them again!

Shurgard Poole are always very good with their communications and when they made changes to their entry system in Poole, upgrading it, they were brilliant in helping me get to the information I needed. They always keep me updated when the Charity I Volenteer for are late in paying which is helpful to not get locked out of our storage unit. Brilliant Service. I would use them personally if I needed to move or needed extra storage.

Complete professional experience and smooth operation. Very impressed and a easy 5 stars! The two female office staff were really helpful and keen to support and explain in detail the process. If you have storage needs I would highly recommend.
