Excellent service, highly recommend.

Gina, at the Poole office went above and beyond to help get my storage unit set up. Making sure I was taken care of professionally from a warm welcome, access to the unit and easy loading. Happy to be back at the facility for a second time and enjoying top quality service again.

Very happy with Shurgard. Conveniently situated for me, seems to be very secure as access only on the app. The app is great too, tells me when the rent is due etc. Staff when I need them are very helpful.

This storage is very convenient, and the security is excellent. Instructions on website could be easier to follow but all resolved during office hours.

Excellent service from the very start. They made sure I had exactly what i had in mind. I have the confidence that all my items are in a very secure place. Very friendly telephone conversation to make sure I was settled in and to my satisfaction. 10/10 for service.

Found the pricing to be very competitive. Was able to lock in a 12 month contract over the phone with ease.
Within 15 minutes had access to unit.

Easy to use App - which you have to use to access the site. Clean, plenty of trolleys on site.

The whole process at Shurgard has been great . Gina has been incredibly helpful , the unit itself is perfect , and the pricing was very competitive . The entry system is app based and easy to use as well . Highly recommend.

Easy to get set up. Gina at the Poole branch was amazing and got me sorted when there was an issue with the app. She was also great showing me to the unit and explaining everything.

Having been the first time that I used a lock &store, I have to say that I was very impressed with the whole process with Shurgard. It truly made moving home stress-free on competition day and I would strongly recommend it to anyone who's moving!

I have recently rented a container from this company and at first thought them very efficient, however today I attempted to leave the premises only to find the electric gate had failed trapping myself and four other customers and there vehicles inside plus stopping countless other customers from gaining access we rang the 0800 number on the gate to be told that an engineer had been dispatched and would be with us in approximately one hour two hours and several calls later we where told the engineer was coming from the other side of the country that he would be three to three and a half hours that they couldn’t give us an accurate eta as he wasn’t contactable at four pm a security guard turned up from Southampton which is forty minutes drive away told us he had no tools that he was only security but eventually a key mysteriously turned up and he unlocked the gate to release us four and half hours later made worse by the constant lies and half truths surely if operating these gate systems it makes sense to have a local key holder to open them in case of failure !!

By all means rent from them but pray that everything works as they have not made proper provision in case of failure

Professional and personable staff an all round excellent experience.

The whole experience was really good, I could arrange everything online and in my own time, I didn’t have to find extra time to go and sit with someone going through a sales pitch, and everything was simple to understand and thorough. Overall, the experience from beginning to end has been really good, I can’t fault the service received one bit.

Easy to book with good introductory offer. Helpful staff on arrival. Only negative has been the number of emails! But better than no communication. Be aware you seem to need a app to access.
