The standout aspect is the behavior of the employees—they are incredibly kind and always very helpful.

Absolutely outstanding service. Great facilities and the staff are friendly and helpful. Lovely people, Charley, Paula, and Julie.

It's a nice experience choosing Shurgard self storage. They have listening staff who can assist you. I met Paula the last time I went there, she was so humble, calm, and kind to the point that my friends (5 in total) that went with me testified to her kindness and patience.

Staff were welcoming and on hand to assist, efficient. The units were accessible to get to and clean.

Easy access not sure if people are allowed in the lift if they are be good idea to put some lights in plenty of trolleys to use and toilets to use

Shurgard didn't honour their agreement that the woman in the Northampton Central office gave me.
When I enquired how much notice I would need to give her words were "As you're a previous Lok n Store customer your contract carries over with you so you only need to give one weeks notice".
When it came to the time I wanted to give notice it ended up being over a months notice that I was charged but didn't need!
I told this to the person that I gave the notice to and they said no, it's a months full notice before your billing period.
I WILL NEVER USE SHURGARD AGAIN AND WILL TELL OTHERS NOT TO EITHER!

I rented a unit at the branch in Northampton, the lady there was very helpful. Unfortunately your system couldn’t verify my identity so Shurgard have now cancelled my contract !!!! Myself and the lady in the office tried for 10 mins to take the picture required on the phone to do this, and I have tried many times over the last two days to do this, maybe it’s your system not work correctly!!!!

The booking was really easy online and when I arrived to move in the lady was so helpful, she sorted out that my unit had been double booked and found a new one straight away, explained how everything worked and showed me where my unit was. Excellent customer service.
