Een topervaring mrt Shurgard Nijmegen 's Ochtends om 11.30 uur gebeld en proces doorlopen tot het daadwerkelijke brengen van meubels naar de box om 15 uur. De telefonische informatie en begeleiding waren uitgebreid en heel duidelijk. Afspraken zijn goed vastgelegd. En het nabellen of alles naar wens is gegaan over het proces en in gebruikname heb ik als als kwaliteitgericht ervaren. Een aanrader

Disappointing Customer Service Experience
I had a good experience with the storage facility itself, but the customer service was awful. The only time they reached out was to push for extending my contract. When I ended my contract, they charged me a cleaning fee even though I’m certain I left the unit in the same condition as when I first rented it. I messaged them for an explanation, but they never responded. Instead, the next thing I received was a notice from a third-party collector with extra fees added.

Voor- en nadelen
Dezelfde dag terecht, vriendelijk personeel, prima box die eenvoudig te bereiken is. Minder zijn de opzegtermijn, de overdaad aan e-mails die je ontvangt, de interne communicatie die soms moeizaam lijkt te verlopen, de prijs en vooral dat de stalling vrij vroeg al sluit in de avond en je daarna niet bij je spullen kunt.

Uitstekend
Uitstekend qua prijs, gemak en service. Bij aankomst werd ik meteen uitgebreid rondgeleid en alles werd uitgelegd. Fijn dat je niet per hele maand hoeft te huren. Alles werkt supersoepel met de app, er zijn karretjes dus je hoeft niet te sjouwen als je er eenmaal bent. Hiermee ontzorgt Shurgard je echt. Echte aanrader en stukken beter dan budgetbox, die dus hele maanden hanteren (en onvriendelijk waren aan de telefoon).
