Soepel proces, overal is aan gedacht!
Ben vriendelijk ontvangen door Rob op locatie Nieuwegein, en alles was tot in de puntjes geregeld. Locatie goed bereikbaar, poort en deur te openen met app (en tevens code, als er geen internet mocht zijn). De loods is schoon en ruim opgezet, met mogelijkheid om de auto voor de ingangsdeur te plaatsen, waar direct al de (ruime) lift achter zit en tevens de karretjes staan.
Informatievoorziening was goed, en er is een telefoonnummer beschikbaar voor problemen buiten kantoortijden om.
Rob legde alles super goed en geduldig uit, en ik voelde me enorm ontzorgd in een periode die verder best stressvol is (verhuizen en verbouwen). Bedankt!

Good storage, good price, but some improvement needed.
The storage itself is good and good located (if you often plan to go by bus).
However there are some things to improve. For example, there is no water to drink (Since we are moving heavy stuff, it would be great). The other issue is that the app does not work on the new facility. I have to get of the car and press the code.

Goed geholpen
Nette box, maar vooral goed geholpen en niet te duur.
Wel verassing van de verplichte verzekering, waardoor de online aanbieding niet het bedrag is. Bij reisbureaus is dat verboden.
