There was a button inside to open the gate. It was very handy. Now everytime you have to type the code on the desplay near the gate! This change is definitely for worse!

This code gives our customers access to the facility and the floor where their storage unit is situated. No one else can enter this area unless they’ve got a unit there too. De hulp die we kregen bij het eerste bezoek was correct en duidelijk .Een medewerker is met ons meegegaan om e.e.a. uit te leggen

Gemakkelijk maar verzekering omzetten omslachtig
Het was fijn dat ik de box online kon regelen, maar het was onduidelijk hoe je de verzekering om kon zetten naar een eigen verzekering, en het proces dat erop volgde was erg omslachtig (veel heen en weer gemail met meerdere keren een nieuw formulier om in te vullen en te ondertekenen).

Opslagruimte is ruimer dan ik dacht goed bereikbaar. Ja kan het volledig online regelen
En de volgende dag heb je al toegang tot de ruimte. Wel is het even zoeken binnen het pand
Omdat op de plattegrond die ik per mail kreeg niet de box staat aangegeven.
Platte grond heb je eigenlijk niets aan, maar als je even een rondje loopt vindt je het van zelf.

wij waren door heel vriendelijke personnel geholpen. Alles is zoals verwacht gegaan, zonder verrasingen.

Duidelijk en netjes geholpen
Alles is vantevoren goed uitgelegd, de maten van de opslagbox komen overeen met wat er gekozen is. Enkel dacht ik dat het een cilinderslot was, zoals op foto’s getoond, maar er kon gewoon een hangslot gebruikt worden.
Verder netjes geholpen door het personeel op lokatie.

Het was snel digitaal geregeld het zou fijn zijn wat Nieuwegein betreft dat ze direct aangeven welk gebouw het is, nu twijfelde ik daarover. Het wegbrengen van materiaal en de sleutels etc is perfect geregeld!

Prima box, info vooraf kan beter
De aanbieding van €1,- is exclusief verzekering, sleutelgeld en administratiekosten. Jammer dat dit nergens vermeld wordt van te voren.
Toch een ruimte gehuurd, want nodig. Schoon, efficiënte verlichting op de gangen, helaas niet in de box. Karren aanwezig, erg fijn. Duidelijke informatie na ingaan contract.
