I had a very bad encounter with a woman…

I had a very bad encounter with a woman at the reception. Exceptionally rude, refused to help with the most basic instructions on how to find a way to the actual storage! Why is she even there? She said I can find all the info online? Ridiculous. But it’s gets better. Every day I keep on receiving calls from her. She says “hello” and cancels the call. I believe she has some mental condition and shouldn’t work with people. Please be careful everyone.

3 stars not 1 because of the wonderful man who helped me. I believe his name was Francis. Amazing customer service, he was like a hero who saved me.

The customer service is excellent

The customer service is excellent! ‘Fabrics’ was fantastic he had organized everything. Showed me to my storage unit so professional. I cannot speak highly enough and get highly recommend. Very happy :)

Très bien au niveau ode la réservation sur internet.Pour le reste je ne sais pas car je ne prendrai possession de container que le 1er Novembre..

Quelle facilité d'accès

Quelle facilité d'accès, grâce à l'application sur le téléphone. J'adore...facile à trouver, le box est très propre. Je suis ravie de mon expérience chez shurgard. Je recommande.
