Good communications throughout, yes there was some sales effort at times but that is to be expected. Helpful advise on setting up the app when I asked.
The staff on site when we initially visited to view the storage were really helpful and constructive.
We were on site for almost 7 hours unloading on our first visit and access to toilets would have be appreciated but I guess most people are not there that long.

the first time check in storage with trouble as pin machine always deny due to office closed.
Another day the office lady patiently guide me proper the procedure the solve problem

I rented a storage in Hanworth,I close my account 14 days before it expired the person on the other end says it should've done 15 days before but leave it with him so I did and think that was the end only to get a dept collector email this morning for£322.06

very good welcoming when i was doing my documents and payment online and easy to use. also to set the security checks online was easy to use.
And im happy with storage space and the location is easyto access .

There was always someone around to speak to for help. All the staff were friendly and the facilities are perfect for what you need.
It often wasn't busy so you could load and unload your stuff pretty easily.
The only negatives are that the opening hours aren't great for people that work normal hours during the week and therefore Saturdays do get busier which can be annoying as there is only one lift you you can be waiting for it a little bit.
But overall, can't complain, great value for money.

Sam was really helpful and friendly in explaining the option and sizes of the storage units , She then showed us the options that we had and once we had selected the unit we wanted it was very easy to sign on online and become a customer

No notes! The friendly staff who always go above and beyond and are welcoming to everyone, drivers etc too. The services are really helpful with forklift onsite and all facilities as described.

I’m updating my review from 5 stars to 1 after the company changed its name. The new system and storage processes are absolutely terrible, and I no longer recommend their services. Previously, the forklift service, storage fees, and policies were excellent and customer-focused, but now every aspect of their service has become a problem.
