Betrug mit Haftplichtversicherung
Man wird mit 16 EUR/Monat zur Kasse gebeten - verpflichtende Versicherung. Diese soll durch geeignete private Haftpflichtversicherung ersetzt werden können. Ich habe meinen Nachweis eingeschickt aber die 16 EUR/Monat wird weiterhin berechnet. Inzwischen 5mal angerufen und reklamiert. Jedes Mal die Antwort: "Wir geben Ihr Anliegen weiter und melden wir uns noch heute". Keiner meldet sich und die 16 EUR wird weiterhin berechnet...

Gut automatisierter Anmeldeprozess, leider gefolgt von etwas störenden Anrufen in Richtung "Kundenakquise". "Reicht Ihnen der Platz", "Warum denken Sie schon an kündigen..."
Alles in Allem aber sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und durchaus bereit ein nein zu akzeptieren..
