No one has contacted me yet.
Not expecting anything, anymore. I will soon end the contract with them.
I have rented a storage room with them, in Lund, close to the highway. Clean facility, easy acces.
When I took my stuff to the storage, after I finished unloading, I forgot a plant in the main hallway. I had that plant for about 10 years and it grew before my eyes.
I went next day to the storage and the plant was no longer there ....
I called someone at the facility and I have explained what happened.
I was asked why would I leave the plant in the storage. The plant was NOT to be placed in the storage, but to be taken with me on the way out.
They told me that they aren't willing to check the cameras to see who had taken the plant.
I hope karma does its best to reward the person that has taken my plant that I had for over 10 years.
Next time I need a storage room I will look for some other options, not Shurgard.
