Absolutely spot on. The facility is exactly what we require. And when we needed an urgent storage solution this week, Nick organized one for us in minutes. Nick demonstrates excellent customer service which is disappearing fast in the current climate.

Ben zeer tevreden.
Een kanttekening die ik wil plaatsen is dat ik het jammer vind dat over een tijdje blijkbaar contant betalen niet meer mogelijk is.

De faciliteiten zijn top pricing flop
De faciliteiten zijn top, pricing flop. Maar het is ongelofelijk kinderachtig dat je alá Ryanair, wordt gefopt met de uiteindelijke prijs. Huur+slot+verzekering. Je moet alles afnemen. Noem dan meteen de volledige prijs. Klanten zijn geen kleuters! Stop met die domme marketing/pricing methode.

Beste, bedankt dat u de tijd nam om ons uw feedback te geven. We vinden het jammer dat u niet alle informatie over onze prijzen kreeg. Tijdens kantooruren beantwoorden onze medewerkers graag uw vragen over onze opslagmogelijkheden en prijzen. In tegenstelling tot bij vele andere opslagbedrijven zijn bij ons alle beschikbare opslagruimtes, prijzen en aanbiedingen online terug te vinden. Nieuwe klanten hoeven enkel éénmalige administratiekosten te betalen en een slot voor de opslagruimte aan te schaffen.
Al onze vestigingen zijn uiteraard verzekerd, maar het is ook verplicht om uw bezittingen te verzekeren. We kunnen deze verzekering niet in onze huurprijs opnemen omdat het bedrag hiervoor afhangt van de waarde van uw bezittingen. Your service is great overall
Your service is great overall. There is much need for a self storage service.
However, when I started looking for a storage space on your site, the advertisement kept saying that the first month only costs 1 euro. When I started the payment process, the space I was interested in suddenly lost that promotional offer and it costed me 50% off for the first month.
Also, the mandatory costs for monthly insurance are not specified in the beginning, only when paying you get those costs. This makes the price go up without knowing from the beginning.
There is also a cost for a lock involved that is mandatory and it was not specified. I had my own lock and I couldn't use it, I was obligated to pay for that lock as well.
The door at the entrance in the deposit building (not the main gate) is not automatic. A customer when attempts to enter the building while carrying a big cart with boxes or items, has to open the door manually while also handling the cart. The door closes while the customer still handles the cart to enter the building, making it a difficult process, while it can easily be improved with an automatic door.
Your employees are polite and helpful, great customer support.
The deposit is nicely organized and clean, it gives the feeling to a customer that their stuff is stored safe with your company.
Great storage services overall.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to reach out to us. Sorry to read there was some confusion in regards to your first-month charge. The 1 EUR special offer applies to the monthly rent of your storage unit. The only extra costs you may need to pay are a one-off administration fee and a unique sealed lock to your storage unit to guarantee no one else can access your belongings. Although our facilities are fully insured, you still need to get an insurance to cover your stored items. Our rental prices can’t include this because the cost depends on the value of your goods.
