Die Preispolitik ist absurd
Die Preispolitik ist absurd, man kann für einen 4,5 m² Raum 1€ bis 200 € pro Monat zahlen. Kurzfistiger Wechsel auf einen größeren Raum, dann zu extrem hohen Preisen, weil man kein Neukunde mehr ist. Eine sehr kapitalistische Angelegenheit, aber das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich.

Für eine Neukundin ist das…
Für eine Neukundin ist das Zugangssystem nicht selbsterklärend, zudem passt der Inhalt der Mail nicht zur Situation vor Ort. Da würde ich von der Mitarbeiterin im Office etwas mehr Verständnis erwarten, wenn man dann den Aufzug nicht in Betrieb gesetzt bekommt. Zu Fuß kommt man am Hintereingang rein, das Tor war offen.
