Uanmendelig dårlig kundeservice

Firmaet laver deres app om UDEN at advisere kunderne, med det resultat, at man kun kan komme til sit lejede og betalte rum, når der er en medarbejder til stede.
Uantagelig forretningsmoral og samtidig direkte brud på indgåede aftaler.
