Es hat alles gut funktioniert und das Personal war sehr freundlich

Leider wurde durch einen…
Leider wurde durch einen unvorhergesehenen Umstand der Zugang für alle Nutzer gesperrt. Leider hatte ich einen Umzug an diesem Tag geplant, einen Sprinter und Umzugshelfer kostenpflichtig angeheuert und stand dann vor verschlossenen Tor. Ärgerlich finde ich, dass es keine vorab Information an die Mieter gab, eine kurze Mail hätte da gereicht. Ärgerlich ist, dass es keine Notfalltelefonnummer gibt, die zumindest in der Zeit von 6 bis 23 Uhr auch am Wochenende erreichbar ist. Leider gab es noch nicht mal am betroffenen Gebäude zumindest einen Zettel, auf dem man hätte schreiben können, dass das Gebäude gesperrt werden musste.
Alles sehr ärgerlich und auf meine Kosten. Daher leider keine gute Bewertung aus meiner Sicht möglich.
