Meine ersten Erfahrungen mit Shurgard nicht wirklich zufriedenstellend
Leider bin ich nicht wirklich zufrieden. Alles fing schon mit dem "Einchecken" an. Ich bekam eine EMail mit dem Zugangscode, der aber bei Ankunft nicht funtionierte. Daraufhin musste ich in die ANmeldung und mein Auto vor dem Zufahrtstor stehen lassen was wiederum andere Kunden behinderte. Am Counter wurde mir dann erklärt, das ich einen neuen Zugangscode bekomme, da ich ja auch noch einiges Unterschreiben müsse und der vorab zugesandte Code ja sowieso nicht gültig wäre. Ich fragte den Mitarbeiter warum werden dann die Zugangsdaten vorab verschickt???? Darauf bekam ich keine Antwort. Das nä. war dann der Lagerraum von 2qm, in dem sich auch noch eine riesiger Betonpfeiler befindet, der die Möglichkeit Kisten und Kartons zu lagern sehr erschwert. Mir wurde daraufhin erklärt, das dies der letzte verfügbare Raum dieser Grösse wäre. Einen anderen gäbe es nicht. Für mich nicht zufriedenstellend für EUR 68,00 im Monat. Alles in allem, unter diesen Umständen nicht wirklich weiterzuempfehlen.
