Koden till grinden fungerade ej
Koden till grinden fungerade ej, gick ej att öppna grinden i appen. Hade pratat med Shuregard två gånger samma vecka och var även tvungen att åka till en bemannad anläggning för att visa upp mitt ID för att säkerställa att allt skulle vara i ordning för inflytt i förrådet. Väldigt stressande och frustrerande när vi kört hela bohaget från Stockholm till Göteborg i 7h med släp för att sedan inte komma in.
Vi hade ren tur att en annan hyresgäst var på plats som vi kunde förklara vår situation för och som kunde öppna upp grinden samt alla dörrar.
