Tillgång till förvarings lokaler. Förvarings rummen är stora och tillräckliga till olika behov.

Shurgard i Högdalen är fantastiska
Shurgard i Högdalen är fantastiska. Jag är en kund sedan några dagar tillbaka och var inte medveten om öppettiderna. Olyckligtvis så lyckades jag låsa in mig utanför öppettiderna och kontaktade deras kundtjänst kl 23.10 som skickade ut en väktare för att släppa ut mig kl 23.30, på alltså bara 20 minuter!
Inte nog med det, dom var dessutom förståeligt nog och inte ta betalt från mig för utryckningen av väktaren då jag är inte var medveten om öppettiderna.
Är supernöjd än så länge med deras bemötande och kundservice. 10/10 stjärnor utan tvekan:-)

Issues with online booking
I booked online and I had a lot of issues: multiple times when I got logged out, errors, and rebookings. Finally I managed to payed and I got confusing emails of cancellation, since somehow I had booked several times the unit I wanted (I suspect because of the errors). I eventually went personally to Högdalen and there were two gals in butiken. One was very knowledgable but not very patient. The other one was patient and sweet. Having the combination of the two was useful and I finally got my unit, which looks fine.

Överträffade förväntningarna
Rent och snyggt, känns säkert, bra med transportvagnar på plats. Enda minus var lång väntan på hissen vid något tillfälle, samt att jag på plats blev upplyst om att jag inte hade behövt åka dit enkom för att underteckna avtal

Kom in till butiken och bemöttes av en ovh serviceinriktad Fanny! Hon hjälpte med mig förpackningsmaterial samt föreslog förråd inför renoveringen av mitt kök. Stort tack Fanny!!
