Alles snel via de telefoon geregeld. Ik kon daarna alles digitaal ondertekenen. Het was wel onduidelijk hoe je de app moest downloaden, maar gelukkig kon het team in Groningen mij goed helpen. Het is ook lekker koel in het pand, erg fijn met deze warme zomer dagen :)

Good service. I rent big 7 m2 storage and took smaller one. They helped me with swapping and lock exchange!

Niet veel keuze maar wel erg fijne opslagruimtes, tip hier altijd benenden. De lift naar boven is erg krap. De app. Werkt 80% van de tijd juist. Het personeel is erg vriendelijke en het pand is van binnen erg schoon

Snelle service online, kon dezelfde dag nog mijn spullen in de opslag zetten. Fijne locatie in Groningen.

Ideale opslagruimte voor als je snel een schone en veilige ruimte nodig hebt. Erg simpel om een opslagruimte hier te huren. Alles kan via de website geregeld worden en je krijgt na de reservering nog een bevestigingsmail met instructies over hoe je de opslagruimte in kan, waar je opslagruimte staat en hoe het slot werkt. Ook bieden ze een makkelijke app waarmee je de poorten open kan doen en de app biedt ook een overzichtje over je opslagruimtes en facturen. Achteraf ook een belletje gekregen met of alles gelukt is, wat erg fijn was.

The storage space is very nice and clean, I have no complaints about this part. However, the gate to the outside does not work properly. The first time we arrived the outside gate was wide open, without anyone being around. Therefore, we entered the space with no second thought. However, when we wanted to exit the gate did not open properly, only mere centimeters. This was not enough for the car to fit through. I had my boyfriend and my best friend with me, who were helping me move. As my boyfriend is Dutch, he was the one that called the help number depicted on the gate. However, the lady that picked up, was hostile with us, and did not let my boyfriend complete his sentences. She instantly blamed us, and told us of course we can’t leave if we never checked in, then she proceeded to tell us guards are going to come, and we need to have ID’s with us. Even though my boyfriend explained to her, that he was here with me as it is my storage unit, and I gave her all the information of my storage. She continued to treat us like we were thieves. She abruptly ended the call without a good bye or any help, luckily 3 cars pulled in in the next 5 minutes. 2 of the cars experienced the same problem as we did, and were not able to enter. Fortunately, the last car was able to get the gate to fully open. It is unfortunate to have such an unfriendly help hotline, when the storage is so nice. I also had the same problem when I arrived for the second time. This time I was able to enter with no problem, but exiting I had the same issue. The gate only opened slightly, I was on foot this time, so the small opening was enough, but this is still frustrating. I would have called the help hotline again, however, as the lady instantly blamed us last time and was unfriendly I just decided to close the gate, and leave it as it is.

Gemakkelijk om te reserveren en goede service. Prijs / kwaliteit ook prima.

Ze zijn snel bereikbaar en absoluut bereid om te helpen. Ze hebben rolkarretjes en een lift om zo snel en makkelijk mogelijk je spullen in de storage te verplaatsen. Top bedrijf!

Snel en duidelijk hoe men hier te werk gaat. Wordt ook nog achteraf gebeld om te controleren of alles naar wens is en of ze nog wat kunnen betekenen voor je.
