Shan is most brilliant customer adviser, helpful, caring, polite, professional and most welcoming friendly person I got to deal with.

Easy to use, and friendly customer service
Shan was a great help to figure out which unit I needed, despite the very many questions I had. Once I went in store, it was a breeze to walk through everything and get my storage unit ready.
