I am writing to provide feedback on the services I have received from Shurgard, and in particular to commend on the customer service I have been receiving from their Ruislip branch and Billy in the Gloucester Branch.
I have been a client for over several years and have consistently been very satisfied with the level of service provided. Shurgard the staff always demonstrated great patience and professionalism, particularly when I have had to change storage unit, they took the time to explain matters clearly and have been both supportive and encouraging throughout.
I have found their staff to be extremely polite, approachable, and attentive, their responses to my emails are always timely and thorough, which has given me confidence and peace of mind in the handling of my storage needs. At no point have I needed to query the accuracy or quality of his work.
I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation for their dedication and excellent service. They are a valuable asset to your organisation, and I would not hesitate to recommend Contractors Shurgard.

The unit was clean, easy to access and secure. Staff were polite and pleasant.

Billy and gervais were kind and very helpful.They explained every information in full details and made sure everything went smoothly.

Great customer service experience! I decided to go with Shurgard from the moment I spoke with a member of their staff. The staff on site at Gloucester were also patient, supportive, and very helpful in their explanations. The access to and out of the storage space using the app was also seamless, with no issues at all. I will recommend Shurgard again and again.

Very happy with the service I received from Billy today.

Easy access, lots of different sizes to choose, and staff will help to clarify any doubts. We moved 2 times storage size in the last year, as we needed to downsize. All good and very happy with costumer service.

I’ve rented a lock-up here for the past three years, I have to say the team made the entire experience fantastic. Gervais, Billy, and Frank have been consistently helpful, professional, and friendly. Whether it was sorting out access or answering questions, they went the extra mile. I’m truly grateful for their service and would highly recommend this place to anyone needing storage.

Very efficient

From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and staff have been warm and friendly to deal with.
Lock-up is clean and well lit, and the ease of use of the app to gain entry/exit has been easy, I would definitely recommend Shurgard, Gloucster to anyone looking for a reasonably-priced and excellent storage facility!

Access is much easier now, the extended opening times and App makes for a much better experience, with excellent guidance and service available from the front office.
Can't fault it. If you are looking for storage strongly recommend Shurgaurd.

First point...I never bother writing reviews!
However...I called in on the off chance to talk about the options for a short term storage space at the Gloucester facility..
Price and options were far better than I thought. Served by an Irish guy (Billy?) - he was delightful. To be honest, Self-Storage isn't very sexy, but he was excellent - no pressure sales rubbish. Well done.
