De reservatie online was supermakkelijk.
Daarna werd mijn reservatie heel goed opgevolgd door het personeel met een telefoontje met vraag om naar het kantoor te komen voor nodige uitleg en installatie van superhandige app.

Ik huur een ruimte met afmetingen…
Ik huur een ruimte met afmetingen 3m/3m/2m... een rechthoek dus... kom ik daar toe en is het schuin afgesneden. Niet zoals op de website. Ik kon niet met al mijn materiaal binnen.

Zeer tevreden van de service van Shurgard. Altijd telefonisch bereikbaar en duidelijke communicatie. Zou het zeker aanraden!

Alles goed bevragen
Ze zijn heel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. En in mijn geval geduldig (duurde even eer ik op afspraak was). Het enige minpunt is de eerste echte aanrekening: eerste maand is “gratis”. Behalve dan de kost van de het slot, sleutel en verzekering. Kwam op zo een €35. M’n unit is €68. Maar blijkbaar is die verzekering ook maandelijks want de rekening bedraagt €82. Was ik me hiervan bewust geweest had ik sowieso kleinere unit gekozen.

Het aantal steekkarren vind ik beperkt. Verlichting in onze box werkt niet volledig.
