Väldigt bra hjälp, trevligt med ett samtal efter man har flyttat in. De gick smidigt. Dock är vagnarna värdelösa, de går inte att styra dom.

Enkelheten var bra

Enkelheten var bra, förstår att man inte skall kunna ha öppet dörren en längre tid men tiden den är inställd på nu känns väl kort kan man inte ha den på rörelsesensor?

Grym service

Fantastisk service från första mötet. Fick en rundvandring och förklaring hur allt fungerade. Fick väldigt bra bemötande och hjälp enligt våra önskemål.

Ny upplevelse som kändes väldigt bra

Ny upplevelse som kändes väldigt bra. Rent och fräscht. Hög säkerhet.
Personen som jag mötte på plats var dock lite negativt. Detta var första gången för mig och jag är mitt i en flytt och vårt förråd är för litet och hon ifrågasatte varför jag inte läst mitt mail för att registrera mig. Hittade inte mailet, fick ett nytt av henne och sedan var det fixat. Lite mer serviceminded hade varit på plats trots slarv från min sida

Everytime i enter the Shurgard…

Everytime i enter the Shurgard backaplan facility in Göteborg , I know already that I will leave the facility with smile and a light hearted. The proffesionell and embracing approach from their Staff,Smilla and Annika always get me to this mindset. And when even the sun shines on top of that I really can’t ask for more🌝.

Excellent service

Excellent service! Always prompt, very helpful with recommendations for size and what unit would suit us best!! 6 stars! Very professional and knowledgeable staff who are patient and take time to explain in English! We would highly recommend them!
