Sehr guter Service
Sehr guter Service! Bei Shurgard Self-Storage fühlt man sich als Kunde gut aufgehoben. Der Kundenservice ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Alle Fragen wurden schnell und verständlich beantwortet, der Ablauf war transparent und unkompliziert. Insgesamt eine sehr positive Erfahrung – absolut empfehlenswert!

Lager alles prima, Unverschämtheit ist die schon angekündigte Preiserhöhung nach 6 Monaten, was wirklich nicht zu glauben ist, ist ihre Zwangsversicherung, 16 € im Monat unglaublich, das ist ihr Gewinn, ich zahle für meine Hausratversicherung für 80 m² und 80.000 € 13,50€, wieso bei Ohnen für 2 m² und 2000 € so viel. Ich werde mich bei der Verbraucherberatung beschweren.

Alles reibungslos. Der einzige Punkt ist das Zeitfenster zum Nachweis der Versicherung. Am gleichen Tag bis 16.00 Uhr einzureichen ist sehr knapp kalkuliert.

Ich hatte Schwierigkeiten, meine ID mit der App abzugleichen.
Ich habe kein Schloss angefordert, war aber überrascht, dass der Schlosspreis von meinem Konto abgebucht wurde.
Vom Ergebnis her ist alles hervorragend und sehr zu empfehlen.

Great Overall Service!
It´s very easy to signup and book a storage. Also the prices are very competitive! In my location (Essen Westviertel) the entrance and part of the parking was covered, which was great as you don´t have to worry about the rainy days. The storage location was clean and well kept. Also loved the fact that you can use the app to open the gate and the elevator. I had some issues during the cancellation process, but the team did an outstanding job and solved everything. Thank you!
