Good space and easy access to the storage - Safe and secure, what I like is being able to use my app to lock doors within the building. Alex and other staff members were very helpful.

I have used other storage facilities, however the staff and storage at SHURGARD Eastbourne are by far the best, Well done !

Jay was super helpful and saved the day when the shurgard call centre informed me the new site was open and even let me book an appointment when in fact it is still being built! He sorted the situation out and helped me find a suitable unit at the existing / old site.

I booked online and was able to rent a storage unit for the very next day. The whole process was quick and straightforward, and I was really pleased to get the first month for just £1 with no £20 registration fee. Great value and hassle-free!

Price of £1 for the 1st month - OK + £18 for insurance - very good. However the app does not work so you only have access when the office is open. Which is a problem.

The staff were so helpful in every way also I’m hard of hearing so I need to lip read and the staff always kept eye contact so I could understand what was being said

I recently rented a unit at this facility and found the whole process very easy. The receptionist Andrea was very helpful and explained all that I needed to do. The building itself looks very modern and well equipped. I would recommend this company.

Friendly helpful staff. Really easy to book storage online. The app is really useful. Easy access despite being on the second floor. 60 square feet perfect for storing a loft full of bits and bobs along with space to spare for any extra boxes
