Great customer service, easy access. Thank you!

The gentleman was pleasant and amenable. Only thing was is that he asked us to go outside and then locked the door while he took another customer to see the lockers. I suspect he was the only one in the shop. He however explained the process well.

Having been a customer of over 4years with shurgard, I once rated them so highly after my first deal with them. However l was appalled with the treatment I got from this very branch in Deptford London recently. Oh my God, the staff were so rude and full of manipulations, they were not bothered about myself or nor listened to my side of the story or just assess the issue as it unfolded, even when I asked to speak to a manager, they try to obstruct this and even boasted that I would not get a better answer than what I have got from them. I felt trapped, especially when the manager seemed to be in tune with their unscrupulous attitudes, he actually listened to the their cooked up stories rather than the explanation I gave. They laughed and giggled at my pain and offered no solution to my problem as I write this review, very insensitive and inconsistent bunch. I have never seen a company where the staff feel so sadistic and unconcerned about a customer's distress! My customer number

Everyone was so supportive and helpful even though I was in a different country and Shurguard had to liaise with friends.

Easy to use, great introduction on how to access my unit and friendly staff. Had no problem whatsoever!

Very efficient and clean. Still trying to work through the insurance requirements since my personal contents is more than adequate - wondering why Shurgard need a copy of the full policy vs the explicit endorsement, seems a violation of privacy to me.

Easy to follow email communication, good storage space without weird dimensions, nice staff. Recommend!

I recently moved out of Shurgard Deptford.
I received an email about the end of the tenancy and thought all was good. I paid for my rental via direct debit.
Today I received an email from a debt collection agency for £23 for an invoice that was never issued. AND THEY STILL HAVE A DIRECT DEBIT OPEN!!!

Predatory and dishonest behaviour.

The employees were really helpful. Really easy will definitely use it again.
