Shurguard Wateringen
Shurguard Wateringen. Goede locatie, ruime opzet. Maar bovenal, zeer prettige ontvangst van Angela en Janey. Je voelt een goede sfeer als je binnenkomt. Jayne herinnerde ons telefoongesprek. Knap met de tientallen klanten per dag. Angela sprak me aan met een lach en interesse. Ze nam de administratie op zich, was zeer secuur, zag dat gegevens niet overeenstemden met het verleden en corrigeerde dat meteen. Daarna nam ze de moeite om me de opslagruimte te tonen. Bovenal liet ze me zien hoe nauw het slot paste em daar had ik veel profijt van toen ik een paar dagen het slot zelf moest gebruiken. Nadien wilde ik nog dozen kopen en Angela wees me op de korting die ik zou krijgen als ik er 15 afnam ( uiteindelijk had ik alle 15 nodig - wist ik veel). Heel behulpzaam heeft ze me nog geholpen met inladen. Kortom, Shurguard Wateringen betekent een warm welkom als je binnenkomt. Angela geeft je het gevoel dat je ertoe doet als klant, nog beter, als mens. Ze begrijpt initutief wie je bent. Ze super in de after-service. Ik had in mijn vermoeidheid een bestelauto tegen een stalen paal in de storage gebeukt en de schade gemeld. Ze belde me en zei met compassie dat het ok was. Na alle stress en zorgen (ik had een zware week achter de rug) is dat het beste wat je kunt horen. Dank je Angela! Je bent de top!

Shurgard storage is an excellent storage facility that I highly recommend. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the facility is clean and well-maintained. The security measures are top-notch, which gives me peace of mind knowing that my belongings are safe and secure. The online reservation and payment process is quick and easy, and the prices are very reasonable. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience at Shurgard storage and would definitely use them again in the future

Bij het aanvragen van de opslagruimte zijn wij zeer vriendelijk te woord gestaan door als ik het goed heb Chaan. Zij heeft ons duidelijk uitgelegd hoe e.e.a werkt.
Nu bij het opzeggen van de opslagruimte zijn wij te woord gestaan door Angela, ook zij verdiend een dikke pluim, zij heeft ons erg prettig geholpen en uitleg gegeven dat wij e.e.a weer terug kunnen vinden in onze mail. Wij zijn zeer tevreden over Shurgard, wij zullen dit ook zeker doorgeven aan familie en vrienden etc. Zeker niet onbelangrijk om te vermelden, dat je bijna 24/7 bij je spullen kan.

Shurgard : Be careful : Very tricky tariffs
Very tricky tariffs: 1st month is for 1€ but then every year increase in monthly price and in insurance.
Facilities are really bad at locations. One has to fight for the right to access a toilet 😢.
Working hours of offices are reduced to become totally inconvenient.
Payment can not be done in cash.
A slight payment delay will result in increasing of monthly bill.
Inconvenient procedure of cancellation.

Prima alles online geregeld. Had alleen fijn gevonden te weten dat de sleutel etc in de ruimte zou klaarliggen. Ben nu voor niets naar kantoor gegaan om de sleutel te halen.
