Great service!
Everything went super smoothly. I was able to get access to my locker the day before the move, so even though they weren't there when I moved, everything went well! They explained everything patiently and clearly. Only slightly unhandy thing is that the large elevator doesn't go to the top floor - there's a smaller elevator that does, but it makes it a bit slower.
Anyway it was a great experience overall, and will use them in the future.

I received 6 emails after the purchase
I received 6 emails after the purchase. One of them being cancelation of my subscription which was confusing, and I haven't received response as to why/what. Also, information about insurance, and extra payment for keys is not transparent. Other than that, everything else was fine, and easy working.

Bij Shürgard denken ze echt met je mee…
Bij Shürgard denken ze echt met je mee om tot een zo goed mogelijke oplossing te komen. Bij de vestiging Binckhorst heeft Nur mij enorm geholpen, ze heeft het top geregeld en ik kan nu met een gerust hart de verhuizing tegemoet zien.

The online process was easy
The online process was easy, very good pricing model and the staff is very friendly.
The only reason why it’s not 5 stars is because the facility although open from 6am until 11pm I would have loved a 24 hours access to my locker.

Vriendelijke en behulpzame klantenservice via de telefoon en ook op kantoor. De storage omgeving zelf is schoon, verzorgd. Kan er met de auto naar binnen rijden en de tijd nemen met uitpakken en inrichten van de storage. Alles bij elkaar echt super goed geregeld. Wij zijn erg tevreden.
