Quick and easy to book online. Staff at the premises are very professional and friendly. Storage units are very clean and the locks are reassuringly efficient.

Overall would recommend
Staff are very courteous and helpful. Building itself nice and clean. Units are big enough. Problems are that it is very expensive and the trollies have dodgy wheels in most cases.

On my last visit the lifts were broken
On my last visit the lifts were broken, no on call person to sort it out: no alternative of storing my stuff, had to take everything back home!…..not happy!
This is the first time I have experienced this and I hope it doesn’t happen again!
