I like the app for entering and leaving the store. That's a relief as at my age (78) I find that sort of thing can be daunting. The trolleys are kept in good condition and roll where you push them! C... Leggi di più

Friendly and Slick Service - Recommended
I rented a unit at the Chichester storage unit. Must say everything over the last month has been a pleasurable experience. The HQ and Chichester staff are friendly and very helpful. I rented a second floor unit and there's a lift. But delighted to find I can also drive up to the second floor which is a real bonus.
I've rented from other storage companies elsewhere and generally had good experiences but this one is exceptional.

Easy booking process for one month rental for a £1, good access to the site and mobile phone access to the building.

Everything was clean and efficient.
Everything was clean and efficient it provides exactly what it says on the tin in respect of storage. The same cannot be said about pricing. On top of the rental charge there is a useless compulsory insurance charge. No one in their right mind pays £18/month for £2000 worth of insurance. But we had to pay. I prefer businesses that are clean and open with pricing, that do not add hidden costs. For the same reason I don't fly with Ryanair.

Only downside is you can’t go in the lift.
Very helpful liked the fact you could go up a ramp to reach your floor.
