The place is quiet cool
and refreshing
It also have good environment with much security💯👏

Very good support from the staff on duty. Sheryl- I think - was the name who helped with doors, mobile apps etc.
Overall i have to say this was an impressive customer support performance.

The size of the boxes are perfect choices for everyone
It is in an enclosed area,
The place is well protected

Perfect.
Realised I had booked a unit that was too small. In the moment had a slight panic however Terry, who helped me that day, was BRILLIANT! He organised a bigger unit straight away, reassured me and went over all the paperwork with me.
I cannot express how helpful, professional and genuinely nice Terry was. Fantastic.
Very happy I went with Shurguard and will be highly recommending.

My experience has been positive so far. The processes for booking and using the facilities were straightforward. The staff I have encountered have been polite and helpful.

Honestly, super straight forward and very helpful people. Great prices for the sizes and super flexible too. Highly recommend them.

It was really easy to buy a storage unit online and the staff were very helpful and friendly. When I needed a larger storage unit the staff in the Dagenham branch really helped me to arrange this. I got offered a viewing so I knew it was the right size for what I needed.

Just not worth it. It should have 24hr access

Top quality, top man on office.

I signed up online easily - but missed next step guidance which came in an email - but had excellent step by step help when i called customer service. Access went smoothly through gate, parking a little tight but ok, unit is perfect size, staff on hand at site was great taking us directly to unit and explaining whats what. Thumbs up all round.

Good experience

I am very happy with the good deal I got at Shurgard Chadwell Heath. The place was very nice.
Would have given a 5 star, but I had issues with access.
I found it very frustrating when I could not gain access to the storage facility on the scheduled day, even though I had done the required ID check physically at one of Shurgard offices. There should be a responsive help line that we can call when we have issues gaining access. Imagine hauling all my items to the location, and having to haul them back home, and then back to the storage again the following day.

No internet connection? Then you have no access.
If everything is reliant on the internet, at least provide customers with a wi-fi signal.

Easy to book a storage space with the option of whether to buy keys or not. App is very easy to use to access the storage site and units - once you’ve downloaded it and set it up (would recommend doing this before you go for the first time). Be prepared to pay for insurance which is not optional on top of the actual rental fee. But overall is very accessible and juts what we need at the moment.

It’s a safe place , well secured and very clean! It’s my first time using this tipe of self storage and I’m impressed how easy is to reach your unit ! I love the place
