So far so good
So far so good. The staff at Bedford Cardington Rd have been brilliant - thank you Zoran. We booked online, but Zoran showed us the unit, and then on the day the rental started in we were able to change to a different unit that suited us better. He helped us with the technology.

Ideal premises and location in Bedford
At the Bedford self-storage, Zoran has been consistently helpful and supportive in handling the administration and advice about our storage unit. Having somewhere to store items during work on our house has been ideal, and I highly recommend Shurgard.

Excellent Service and Hassle-Free Experience
These guys are an extremely friendly bunch. I had never used self-storage before, but the process to get started was simple and clear. The location is new, clean, and well-kept. I also had a small issue on my side, and they sorted it out quickly and without fuss. Zoran was especially helpful — great service all around!

Shurgard systems are totally geared…
Shurgard systems are totally geared towards use of smart phones. If you either don't have a smart phone, or want to download their app, use of the storage is limited.

Great experience
Was dubious at first about using a storage unit but once we had met Chris and he showed us the various sized units and gave us helpful advice we signed up. On my first visit to the unit I met Zoran who explained all the procedures and made sure I was happy and that everything was running smoothly. The unit itself and the surrounding building is spotlessly clean and tidy which makes visiting a pleasure. Keep up the good work Shurgard and all your helpful staff

Had a unit in Bedford for 2 years…
Had a unit in Bedford for 2 years originally with Lok n Store who were extremely friendly then It was taken over by Shurgard end of last year.
The staff working for Shurgard are all very unprofessional and very unpleasant. Good customer service doesn’t exist at Bedford.
If you are looking for a friendly helpful customer service experience don’t use Shurgard Bedford.

Very helpful & friendly staff
Very helpful & friendly staff. Was shown a number of units in order to help decide which size was needed. Spaces are clean and well lit. Have even managed to make their new security app work (a triumph for an oldie).
