Very pleasant staff in Basingstoke, extremely helpful and cheerful. Was welcomed by a charming man who showed me the lock up storage.

Quick and easy way to set up the unit.
Booked the storage unit online in the morning and was able to start filling it within the hour!

Fantastic staff
Such a great welcome and friendly help - nothing too much trouble for Lara who went out of her way to make it all go smoothly for us.

Helpful and pleasant team
The staff were extremely helpful. Our allocated unit was clean, dry and situated very close to the customer loading bay which worked well with our van with tail lift.
I suggest that the stairs from the loading bay to the main floor may benefit from a handrail?
