Great service, Scott was lovely explaining the storage and letting us know what will happen on the day of us putting things in.
The experience was great. Ordered online, met Tim in-store who gave me a walk around and showed me my unit. Unit was clean but I believe that's because they're new.
Thanks to Louis for assisting with the process and helping me get set up

It's my second time using Shurgard and they are an helpful bunch. Although I'm using another location, the team were very helpful. I had forgotten how to use the app portal for access and Caroline was very helpful. She came out of the office to check if I needed any help. The place is alo very clean and well cared for.
I just wish they were cheaper plus the storage space is really small with low ceiling height.

sneakily increased our rate by £150 a…
sneakily increased our rate by £150 a month to £450 by sending an email that went to junk mail. Also the gate stopped working once and i got locked in. Poor customer service. Hardly present during office hours and never answer the phone. Should’ve gone with a competitor.
